How WisdomUp collects, uses, stores and shares your personal data, the cookies we set, and how to exercise your rights.

Who we are

WisdomUp sells consumer technology accessories in Pakistan through this website. This policy explains what we do with personal data you give us when you browse the site, place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter or contact support.

What we collect

Order and delivery details — your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, so we can pack, ship and confirm your order.
Account details — your email address, a hashed password and any saved addresses, if you choose to create an account.
Payment status — whether a payment succeeded, failed or is due on delivery. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Support correspondence— messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the site's forms, and our replies.
Usage data — pages viewed, products opened, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type. This is only collected once you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To take payment for, fulfil and deliver your order, and to handle returns, exchanges and warranty claims.
To answer your questions and keep a record of what was agreed.
To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
To understand which products and pages people find useful, so we can improve the site. This depends on your cookie choice.
To send you marketing email, only if you subscribed. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies strictly necessary to run the site — keeping you signed in, holding your cart, remembering your cookie choice — are always set, because the site does not work without them.

Analytics and advertising cookies, including Google Analytics and advertising pixels, are only set after you press Accept All on the consent banner. If you press Decline, those scripts are not loaded and no analytics or advertising identifiers are collected. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the parties who need it to deliver what you asked for:

Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order.
Payment processors, to take and reconcile payment.
Our hosting, email and analytics providers, who process data on our instructions.
Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your account and its data, or stop sending you marketing. Email support@wisdomup.pk and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we do not hand your data to someone else.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to order data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us immediately.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
