Our 30-day returns
You can return any WisdomUp product within 30 days of delivery. If you're not happy with your purchase, return it for a refund or exchange it for another product.
What can be returned
- The product is in its original condition, with no physical or liquid damage.
- It's in its original packaging with all accessories, cables and manuals.
- You have the order number or proof of purchase.
Personalised items can be returned only if they are faulty.
Exchanges
You can exchange a product for a different colour or model within 30 days. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.
How to start a return
- Contact support with your order number and the reason for the return — via the Help Center, email or WhatsApp.
- We confirm the return and send you the return address.
- Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, and send it with a tracked service.
- Once it arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund or send your exchange.
Please don't send a parcel back before we have confirmed the return — parcels sent without a confirmation can't be traced to your order.
Return shipping
For a change of mind, return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If the product is faulty, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, see below.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return has arrived and passed inspection. We confirm by email or WhatsApp once the refund is issued. Import duties and taxes paid on delivery are set by your country and can't be refunded by us.
Faulty or damaged products
If a product is faulty, it's covered by our warranty as well as this policy. If it arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
