Where we ship
We ship to most countries from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. If your country is not available at checkout, or you live in Pakistan, see wisdomup.pk for local delivery and Cash on Delivery. Buying for a shop or a company? Visit wisdomup.cn for wholesale and corporate orders.
Shipping times
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China and in your country. Customs checks and remote areas can add a few days.
Shipping charges
Shipping is a flat $14.99 per order, to any country we ship to. Orders over $99 ship free. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Duties and taxes
Our prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes (such as VAT or GST). If your country charges them, they are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery and paid by you. The amount depends on your country's rules and the order value — check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
Paying for your order
Place your order on the site and we confirm it with you on WhatsApp, with the final total and a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve it, and we ship once the payment has arrived.
Tracking
Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, we send you its tracking number. You can also follow your order with the Order Tracker using the order number in your confirmation message.
Missed or failed deliveries
If the carrier can't reach you, they will try again or leave a notice. Please make sure your address and phone number are complete. If a parcel comes back to us after failed attempts, contact support to have it re-sent.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your parcel on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we'll put it right. See the Exchange & Refund Policy.
