Who we are
wisdomup.co is run by Shenzhen MADATEL Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd., Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, which sells WisdomUp products outside Pakistan and is responsible for your personal data here. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to support@wisdomup.co.
When you order
To ship your order we ask for your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and, if you like, delivery notes. We also keep what you ordered and the total. We use this to confirm your order on WhatsApp or by email, send you the payment link, ship it, handle returns and warranty claims, and answer your questions. Card and wallet details are entered on the payment provider's page — we never see or store them.
Messages and the newsletter
When you write to us we keep what you send so our team can reply. If you join the newsletter we keep your email address to send you new launches and offers; every email has a way to unsubscribe. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that chat.
Reviews
A review shows your first name, city (if you give one), your rating and what you wrote, together with the date. Every review is read by our team before it appears. If you ordered from the same device, we check that order so the review can carry a “Verified buyer” badge; the order number and phone are not shown.
Kept in your browser
Some things stay only on your own device, in your browser’s storage: your cart, wishlist, recently viewed products, orders placed from this device, reviews you wrote, saved checkout details, your currency, your day/night and grid choices and your cookie choice. With your permission it also remembers what you browse and search, to suggest products for you — that never leaves your device and switching it off deletes it. You can clear all of it from your browser settings.
Cookies and tags
The shop itself needs no cookies. Visit statistics (Google Analytics: where visitors come from, the pages they open and for how long, searches, cart and checkout steps and purchases) load only if you allow statistics. Advertising tags load only if you allow marketing cookies, and the ones we use are listed in Cookie settings. Nothing but the essentials runs before you choose. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page.
Why we may use it
We use your order details to carry out our contract with you, keep records because the law requires it, answer messages and prevent fraud because we have a legitimate interest in running the shop, and use statistics, marketing tags and the newsletter only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share with
We share your name, phone and address with the carrier and customs services that deliver your order, and only what they need for that, and the order total with the payment provider. The companies that host this website and its database process data for us under their own security terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
We are based in China and the site's servers may be in another country than yours, so your details are processed outside your country. We protect them in the same way wherever they are and keep them only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for shipping, returns, warranty, accounting and the law, and messages for as long as they are useful to answer you. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it (unless we must keep it, for example for an open order or our accounts), to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Email support@wisdomup.co from the address you used, and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
