About these terms
These terms apply when you use wisdomup.co or buy from WisdomUp through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Exchange & Refund and Warranty policies.
Who sells to you
Orders on wisdomup.co are sold and shipped by Shenzhen MADATEL Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd., Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, the company behind the WisdomUp brand for customers outside Pakistan.
Orders
Your order is a request to buy. We confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by email before you pay and before we ship it. We may cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, we cannot reach you, we cannot ship to your address, or the order looks fraudulent — and we will refund anything you have already paid.
Prices and currencies
Prices are set in US dollars. Where we show another currency, it is converted at the day's exchange rate and is the amount you are asked to pay. Prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes such as VAT or GST. Shipping is added at checkout before you place the order. Prices can change, but the total confirmed with you is the one you pay.
Payment
After you place an order we send you the final total and a secure payment link on WhatsApp or by email. Nothing is charged until you approve it, and we ship once the payment has reached us.
Shipping and duties
We ship from China to the countries listed at checkout, as set out in the Shipping Policy. You are the importer of your order: any duties, customs fees and local taxes are charged by your country and paid by you on delivery. Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.
Returns and warranty
You can return items within 30 days of delivery under the Exchange & Refund Policy; return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you. Products carry the cover described in the Warranty Policy.
Reviews and content
Reviews must be your own honest experience of the product. We read every review before it appears and may decline ones that are spam, abusive, include personal details or are about a different product. By posting a review you allow us to show it on the site.
Using the site
Please don’t place fake orders, use other people’s details, or try to disrupt the site. We may block orders that do.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can from the manufacturer’s information. Colours can look slightly different on screens, and packaging can change. Plugs and chargers are sold in the plug types shown on each product.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.
